Led by the dynamic husband and wife team, Katie and Ian, (and Oliver the golden retriever) we are committed to achieving success for our clients, investors and residents who live in the homes we create.
We are approachable, down to earth and always up for a cuppa, so if you are wanting to know more then we can’t wait to hear from you.

Katie Honeychurch
With a background initially in marketing, events and business management Katie transitioned into a medical career in the NHS. She is passionate about making the world a better place and giving to others in all areas of life.
She started off in property in leasing and has since transformed multiple properties. Together they have both trained in property development with one of the UK’s leading property experts.
Katie has a strong head for business, is a problem solver extraordinaire, loves networking and has flare for interior design. You will either find her at the gym, at church, or with her head in a book. She loves spending time with family and friends, and meeting new people.
Co Founder
Ian Honeychurch
With an extensive history in the NHS, Ian trained as a Paramedic, moving up into a managerial position within the NHS overseeing his own team. Working with Katie, he too started off letting properties and since refurbished properties for onward sale. He brings his skills for attention to detail, communication and project management to the team.
Together they have both trained in property development with two of the UK’s leading property experts. Ian is often found with Oliver, either on walks or catching up on a boxset together!

Oliver
Oliver enjoys long walks on the beach, laying on the sofa, and running around meeting new friends.
He has lots of energy and finds exercise a key part of his wellbeing.
He loves nothing more than being with his family, eating anything in sight and cuddles
